Processing Time:

  • For coffee orders: We roast our coffee to order within 3 business days of receiving your order.
  • For print on demand products: These items are made within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping Time:

  • Coffee orders: After roasting, your coffee will be shipped via standard shipping, which typically takes an additional 1-5 business days for delivery.
  • Print on demand products: After production, shipping can take anywhere from 1-10 business days for delivery, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You can view the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process.

International Shipping:

  • Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Delivery Delays:

  • While we strive to meet our shipping estimates, please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues may cause delays in delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
