Hello! My name is Josh Katz. My wife Valeri and I have dedicated much of our lives to the Drum and Bugle Corps activity with well over 50 years of experience respectively. I’ve performed with many corps throughout New Jersey and my wife having performed also in corps in Pennsylvania and California.
We both are lifelong members of the Hawthorne Caballeros. This has been our passion. There is nothing like the work ethic, the discipline, the pageantry, the family and lifelong friends we’ve made along the way, and the sheer excitement of performing in front of thousands of fans. There is nothing more exhilarating. I’ve dedicated my life to the activity and the Caballeros.
And I’m happy to say I’ve been recognized by my peers as being worthy of being inducted into the New Jersey Drum Corps Hall of Fame. I’d like to hopefully and eventually give back to the activity and the organization with my support. With a little luck and the help of my friends and family in the activity, one day that can be possible by sharing my love of drum corps and the love of a great cup of coffee with the masses.
